Yep, Formations. I have gotten where I make my own straps with aber buckles and tape. Cheaper that way. The bed of my work truck with new spare I haven't thrown under yet. Im hell on tires at work
I have a job that lets me do some stuff like this. No adult supervision!! My work bench is a lexan cutting board in my lap. Ill take a picture sometime. Amazes me I can get some of the results I do and don't loose many parts. About all I do at home is airbrush and decals. All other painting and stuff--in my lap.
Getting close to sticking a fork in it. Really like has this one it turning out. Thinking about small base with the Evolution MG team. They look worn out. There is still a little thinner silvering going on but that will be cleared up.
Its the hull from the Red Army 76 that I swapped around for my Emcha posted elsewhere. The weld beads are epoxy putty that I just press into the trenches with a razor blade then trim off the excess and texture. I used to tape off the trenches on the Tamiya kits then fill but I find this works faster. Have also used styrene rod as well. Go into the Tamiya group build and find my Okinawa m4a3 remanufactured...I used the rod on that one.

PS...that's the Emcha in the background of one of the pics. Just moved the front lifting eyes out and added 4 triangle lift hooks to engine grills for late hull 76 form PTO M4A2.
