Hi Guys, Here are some updated shots of my 3rd armoured Division M4A3(75)W build that I started over on Armorama. I am trying to replicate a 3rd AD tank that took part in the capture of Cologne near the end of the war. 3rd AD often painted their tanks in a two tone camo of Olive Drab and Black and also added applique armour to their tanks which they took from knocked out German and American tanks. I added some applique armour to the turret of my tank like the one below seen in Cologne.
Here is the list of add-ons taken from my build log over on Armorama.
In terms of add-ons here's my list.

Thanks buddy. Nice to see you like like the build. Have always wanted to do an M4A3. Like the Firefly is a uniquely Brit/Commonwealth Tank so is the M4A3 but uniquely American.
Hey thanks Terry. Your comments are much appreciated.
This particular M4A3 does not have the split rear engine deck plates something both Fisher and Chrysler did in production. I would say this is a Fisher manufactured M4A3 because Fisher did make a few hundred M4A3's without the split rear plates before transitioning over to the split plate rear deck. Chrysler continued for some time to make the single plate rear deck but what would confirm this as a Fisher built tank is the forward tow cable guide. As you can see I have it well forward on the hull(a Fisher trait) while Chrysler put theirs more mid way down the hull. Of course stating the obvious it would have to be a Fisher Built tank since Fisher were the only ones to make the M4A3(75)W.
