Just wondering if you build by type (ie. M4A1) or nationality or just by whatever catches your eye? With me it is a bit of everything. For example,
I have built M4s, A1s, A2s, A3s and A4s plus M10, M36, M7, M12 and M40. By countries it is U.S. (Army & USMC), Canadian, Polish, S. African, New Zealand, German, Israeli, Egyptian, Argentine, Chilean and Ugandan. Working on a Brit M4A1. More to come.
Like you, I build everything. I've done numerous Firefies, in Canadian, New Zealand, British, and Lebanese service as originally built and in Argentine service as the Repotenciado. I've done M50s in IDF service and (ages ago, inaccurately)in SLA service in Lebanon, and have M51s in the works for Israel and Chile(the latter a Tasca A3 conversion with minerollers & full interior). An M60 HMGS for Chile is in the hopper, too. Eventually a Sherman IIDV will be British at Alamein, and a pair of M32s will be done stock as US Army and heavily modified as Israeli. I need to do a Sherman III for New Zealand or Canada in Italy, in Light Mud/Blue Black. Did an Egyptian AMX Sherman, too. Another kitbash project is a US Firefly on an A3 HVSS hull, using a TMD high-bustle turret and scratchbuilt radio box (because ours was larger). And then there's the use-only-the-lower-hull-and-suspension special, the Madill 071 Tower Yarder, slowly taking shape.
"You could probably use some armor. A Sherman can give you a very nice...edge!"

So far, I've done 4 M3/M4 based American vehicles and 2 M3/M4 based British vehicles. I don't think I'll be as prolific as some of you with the smaller countries, but I do want to do a Chilean M51 in the near future.
I guess I'm the boring one. Right now I limit myself to WWII. But I do enjoy looking at how the Sherman has been endlessly modified througout the last 60+ years.
