From looking at a limited number of photos of Chilean crews with Shermans, they appear to have IDF Style tanker uniforms. Is that correct? I was thinking the new Meng IDF tank crew set might be of worth.
Looks like rather generic tanker's coveralls are pretty common, along with BDU blouses & pants. On operations a CVC helmet is worn, pretty similar to IDF and current US types. For parades and such they wear maroon berets, which is rather unique. Black is typical of most tank arms, with maroon being the province of paratroops. These images have been passed along to me from various sources:
Sorry that these are small and not high-resolution, but this is how they came to me. Some worthwhile info here as well on the various paint jobs applied to these tanks and the amount of dust accumulated, at least for those units posted to the Atacama Desert.

Hey Greg,
Thanks for the photos. I had seen the first two, and when compared against the box art on the Meng IDF tanker crew, it seemed similar, with a similar color and the diagonal zipper pocket on the chest. Changing the heads to the maroon beret could be a nice way to add some color as well.
